Can you take my order over the phone?

Am I able to purchase your parts anywhere else?

Product Shipping & Coverage
Do you ship outside the continental United States?

Can you expedite my order?

Is there another bladder that will work for my tube?
Each bladder is specifically engineered for its matching cover. Bladders or covers not used with their intended counterpart may not be covered under any product guarantee and are not recommended for alternate use.
How can I order a new valve?
Towable products typically include either a threaded Boston valve or an integrated speed safety valve. Boston valves are replaceable and available through floattow.com under the Valves section by searching the specific part number. Speed safety valves are permanently molded to the bladder. Replacement usually requires a new bladder if separated.

Is my tube under warranty?
All floattow.com products and parts include a limited warranty from the date of purchase. Different product lines may have varying warranty periods. If you are submitting a warranty claim, keep a proof of purchase to verify the purchase date and follow the instructions provided on our warranty information page.
How do I repair a leak in my tube or bladder?
To detect a leak, submerge the item in water and watch for bubbles. Applying soapy water to suspect areas can also help locate leaks as bubbles form. Vinyl repair kits, designed for patching smooth surfaces, are available for order through the parts section on floattow.com.
