Refund Policy
At floattow.com, we only offer refunds for purchases of products that were bought directly on floattow.com. Refunds are provided for new, unopened merchandise only. We do not refund any shipping charges that were paid.
If you wish to return an unused item for a refund, you must first request a return authorization. Once your return authorization is issued, you should follow the return instructions to ensure proper credit is received.
If your order was shipped incorrectly, or the item arrives damaged, you should notify us promptly. Once we receive the returned items, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow the standard processing period for refunds to be applied after the returned merchandise is received.
